Fall 2008 Season September 6th - October 25th Regular Season November 1st - November 2nd Post-Season Registration Location Modells Sporting Goods 3014 Festival Way Waldorf, MD 20601 New for 2008 Season: Birth Certificates (If not already on File with SMYFFL) Dates: Saturdays July 12th, July 19th Times: 1:00pm - 5:00pm Registration Fees 1st Child: $95.00 2nd Child: $85.00 Additional: $80.00 Late Registration Fees (Available Online ONLY) July 20th - July 26th 1st Child: $115.00 2nd Child: $105.00 Additional: $100.00 Player Divisions Mites Division (ages 5 to 6 years old) Rookie Division (ages 7 to 8 years old) Semi-Pro Division (ages 9 to 11 years old) Pro Division (ages 12 to 14 years old) (Ages determined as of September 1st of the current year) (Players cannot play up or down divisions and must remain in the division according to their age) (Division ages subject to change based on participation in each Division) Games Games will be played in Waldorf Maryland on Saturdays Regular season will be 8 Weeks long All Teams make the Playoffs regardless of record Playoffs will be a two day event (Saturday and Sunday) with single elimination Top two teams in each Division will receive individual trophies Looking for interested Coaches and Referees for the upcoming season (Selected Head Coaches will receive a $25 rebate) Each participant will receive: National Football League Youth Sponsored Affiliation Membership into the Amateur Athletic Union NFL Quality Team Reversible football Jersey for the player to keep NFL Styled Sonic Flag Belts Team/Individual Picture Day Individual Trophies to top Two (2) teams per division An official NFL Flag certificate of excellence |
